Siri Elmqvist


Siri was born in Vilhelmina in the South of Lapland, Sweden where she started dancing at the age of 10, as a complement to her skiing practice. She later completed three years of dance education in Balettakademien Gothenburg and an additional two years of training at the “Maslool Professional Dance Program” in Bikurey Ha’Itim, Tel Aviv, Israel, where she worked with choreographers such as Idan Sharabi, Roy Assaf, and Sharon Vazanna.
Siri had her first experience as a professional dancer with the company ilDance as an apprentice in and also, time in 2013. She is also a cast member of their peice An I for an I by Lee Brummer, which premiered in February 2016. During the season 2014/2015 she worked with the company AURA dance Theater in Lithuania and is currently freelancing in Berlin and dancing with Siciliano Contemporary Ballet.

Berit Einemo Frøysland


Berit Einemo Frøysland grew up in Laerdal, Norway. She completed a dance pre-study program at Spin-Off in Oslo where she worked with internationally renowned choreographers such as Masja Abrahamsen and Subjazz among others.
In 2016, she graduated from The Ballet Academy in Stockholm while also dancing with the Stockholm-based dance collective, Erling Ero.
Berit has worked as a dancer and physical actor with Norwegian director Jeff Pedersen as well as an actor and model for commercials and fashion shoots/events. She has studied with NDT2, Carte Blache, Nir de Volff, Omar Rajeh, and Wendy Houston.
Berit has an identical twin sister, with whom she has created several state-funded dance and film pieces. Their work “Cobweb” received the Jury Award for Best Film at Sogndal film festival in 2015 and was screened at Stockholm dance festival. Their most recent piece was performed in Berlin Uferstudios.
Berit joined Siciliano Contemporary Ballet in December 2016.

Michela Rossi


Michela was born in October 1987 and began studying ballet as a child. In 2008, she studied in New York where she discovered her affinity for contemporary dance.
In 2012 she graduated from the Academy of Contemporary Dance "DanceHaus" Susanna Beltrami in Milan. Michela worked as a dancer for many events in the Milan area including "Milan fashion design" and I.E.D (european institute of design) .
In 2012-2013 she worked as a dancer with the company DAGIPOLI based in Athens for the staging of two productions.
She returned to Milan to work as a performer for Tito Ciotta in the show AMEN, and in September 2013 she moved to Berlin. Michela’s solo, “GRAU” by Salvatore Siciliano, was selected for the International Solo Tanz Teather Stuttgart. In Berlin she has also collaborated and performed with choreographer Clébio Oliveira in the production of xxx-ein verteckspiele.
She was a dancer in La perfezione di uno spirito sottile, a collaboration between composer Salvatore Sciarrino and choreographer Gabriel Galindez Cruz.
Michela is a founding member of Siciliano Contemporary Ballet.

Rachel Tack


Rachel was born in Pennsylvania, U.S.A. where she began studying dance at Hershey School of Dance under the direction of Kelly Strange. Rachel completed her BA in dance and physical therapy at James Madison University where received several dance scholarships and was named the 2013 outstanding dance graduate.
Rachel has studied at the American Dance Festival and Pennsylvania Regional Ballet and with many companies including Amy Marshall Dance Company and CityDance D.C. After graduation, Rachel worked as a teaching assistant with Attack Theatre in Pittsburgh. In October 2013, she moved to Berlin to work with Isabel Gotzkowsky in the CrossoverProjekt. Rachel began working with Siciliano in early 2014 and is a founding member of Siciliano Contemporary Ballet. She has recieved her Master of Arts in Dance Performance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London where she was a member of the Transitions Dance Company and a Leverhulme Arts Scholar.

Marie Theres Zechiel


Marie was born and raised in Göttingen (Germany) where she began her dance training under the former dancer of Bolshoi-Theatre Boris Spassov and continued her pre-professional dance education with the teachers Rebecca Schütt and Judith Kara.
In 2008 Marie moved to Hamburg for studying dance and dance teaching at Lola Rogge Schule. She continued her studies in London, where she graduated in 2012 from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance. Right after graduation Marie was invited to join the Ombetja Yehinga Organisation Dance Company in Windhoek (Namibia) to devise and perform the piece “Magda”. Since 2013 Marie is based in Berlin/Germany and collaborated with various Ensembles and Choreographers, such as the Das Da Theater Ensemle , Clébio Oliveira, Gerda Raudonikis, Kiani del Valle and Isabel Gotzkowsky.Marie began working with Siciliano in early 2014 and is a founding member of Siciliano Contemporary Ballet.

Maria Carmela Giannoccari


Marika was born on the 14th July, 1992 in Martina Franca, Italy. In 1996 she started to study classical dance in Locorotondo (Bari, IT). She started to study contemporary dance in 2006 and graduated from DanceHaus – Accademia di Susanna Beltrami in Milan in June 2014.
Marika received first place in the competition BariDanza 2009, category Ballet Senior. She worked as a dancer and performer in Dance Gala with Andrè de la Roche, Body and Light, a collaboration with the European Institute of Design in Milan, La Darsena ritrovata, Milan Dance EXPO, blenDRUMStheatre with Leonard Eto, FiveHorizons : the first international Pearl Jam photo exhibition, the site specific creation Dancing Island Amorgos (GR), and UEFA Champions League final opening ceremony 2015.
She also worked in 2 TV programs and a film as a background actress and dancer.
She moved to Berlin in October 2014, and in July 2015 she started to work with Siciliano Contemporary Ballet.



Matresanch was born in Genoa, Italy. He began studying opera at a young age while also experimenting with electronic music and manipulation through tape recorder and then computers. He later abandoned opera singing and briefly explored the musical scene.

In 2013 he moved to Berlin to attend dBs Music Berlin where he began collaborating with contemporary dance choreograpehrs. He has been working intensely with Salvatore Siciliano writing music for six works premiering between 2014 and 2015. In October 2014 he collaborated with Clébio Oliveira, a brazilian choreographer, writing the music for XXX – ein Versteckspiel and collaborated with him and São Paulo Companhia de Dança on the project Museu Dançante writing the music for “Coreogravity” and “Céu Cinzento” which debuted in São Paulo at the MAM – Museu De Arte Moderna in February 2015.

In 2015 he began working with director Dafna Maimon on one of her short films called The She The He and also on a video installation project that shown in Künstlerhaus Bethanien, Berlin, in September 2015. He then worked with director Savio Debernardis on his film-doc Play shown in Paris in spring 2015. He is currently working with Siciliano Contemporary Ballet to the new show GOTTLOS and with Clébio Oliveira for his new show Tiefsee, both of them debut in fall 2015.


Photographer & Video Director

Underskin was born in Vicenza, Italy in 1989. His work in photography took him to San Diego where he studied and refined his artistic vision.
In 2015 he moved to Berlin where he has established himself as a freelancer. His work ranges from experimental and editorial work to promotional material.
His photography has been shown in the Basilica Palladiana in Vicenza and later in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome, as well as other venues around Europe. In 2017 he brought to light his first short film, Connection, which was screened in the 2017 Verona Film Festival and in galleries in Berlin.
Underskin considers photography and videography as an expressive means, which transcends the reality all around. It is the main key to access the "Unseeable".

Chizu Kimura

Ballet Master

Chizu Kimura was born in Japan and moved to the U.K. to study at the Legat School of Dance and London Studio Centre. After studying, she joined the Vienna Festival Ballet in London in 2002.
In 2005 she moved to Berlin and worked as a freelance dancer. She worked with Documenta 12, SETanztheater, Micheal Rooney, RØRSTRØMSK, Angus Balbernie, Norman Douglas, Yui Kawaguchi and Flying Steps.
Since December 2009, she has been a classical ballet instructor and is also a certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer. She joined the company as ballet master in 2017.

Sara Migliorati

Costume Designer

Sara Migliorati was born in Brescia, Italy in 1986 and developed a passion for design and particularly for theater and stage costumes from a young age. In 2005, she graduated from the Scientific-Art school Leonardo Institute in Brescia. She continued her studies in modern literature at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and after attended the Fashion Accademy Istituto Moda Industriale, where she wrote her thesis “Comme des garcones–Japanese fashion beginning from the early 20th century„ and graduated with top marks. Sara took part of several national contests for young fashion desiger such as “Stil daunia ModaII„ in Foggia and “Vesti la abito da sera„ in Desenzano del Garda.
She was selected as an intern for Ame Soeur based in Berlin where she designed several items for the Spring/Summer collection 2013 shown at fashion week in Paris. After the internship she collaborated with the shop Wardrobe in Brescia where she created and sold unique handmade pieces.
In 2014 she started her collaboration with Siciliano Contemporary Ballet for the productions Orikbem, Pierrot, and The world in the void out there. Sara has also designed for German singer Florian Korty for the festival LS Stadtfest 2015 and created the collection „Hybrid” for the contest International Talent Support 2015.

Miss Natasha Enquist

Electro-Accordion Chanteuse

Miss Natasha Enquist is a Professional Accordionist and Singer, Actress and Model based in Berlin, Germany. Originally from British Columbia, Canada, she studied classical piano and dance as a child, and voice and accordion since then.
Her previous dance performance experience has been with SNAFU Dance Theatre (Victoria BC, Canada) and collaborated with Hoopnotica's Jacqui Becker for a dance piece in Prague CZ at the first annual Hoopurbia Festival.
Enquist has performed her way from Canada, within theatre and with several of her own musical ensembles as well as with Walt Disney World. Now residing in Berlin, Germany, she has performed at the Wintergarten Varieté and has four of her original songs on the soundtrack for the Berlin-based short film The Birthday.
She focuses on progressing with her dreamy, dark, romantic sound of mixing electronic music with her accordion chanteuse style. She has a debut album coming out this autumn 2015, which focuses on sound design and distortion done all with her accordion, combined with her voice and electronic beats.
